Instead of feeling relieved by the promise of efficiency, the team is feeling like they’ve been asked to juggle cats while riding a unicycle. Stress levels soar, morale plummets, and patient care starts to suffer. This scenario is all too common in veterinary medicine as it undergoes significant transformations driven by technological advancements, evolving client expectations, and changing patient care standards.

Amid these changes, one critical aspect that deserves our attention is the wellbeing of veterinary professionals. New technological advancements are a necessity for the business and so is implementing effective change management techniques.
